Our Warranty

Warranty & Service Policy

All blinds, shades, and shutters we install include a lifetime manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear.

If a product defect occurs, the manufacturer provides the replacement parts or repair at no cost under their warranty.

Beginning one year after installation, customers are responsible for the labor required to service the product and any applicable shipping and handling costs.

Zinga’s service appointments include a minimum service fee:

  • Indoor service: $195 minimum

  • Outdoor service: $390 minimum

Final service costs may vary depending on product type, size, and quantity of items needing service.

If a product or its components are discontinued by the manufacturer, the warranty can no longer be fulfilled. In these situations, the manufacturer will typically provide a prorated credit toward the purchase of a new window covering.


Why Our Warranty Works This Way

Most window covering companies charge customers for three things when servicing warranty issues:

  1. Replacement product

  2. Labor

  3. Shipping and handling

At Zinga’s, the product itself is covered under the manufacturer’s lifetime warranty, so you never pay for the replacement product when it qualifies under warranty.

Customers only pay for the service work required to remove, repair, and reinstall the product, plus any shipping and handling required by the manufacturer.

This approach keeps the warranty transparent and fair, while ensuring we can continue to provide professional service long after your original installation.
