We are currently hiring someone to assist our customer care team in executing inbound and outbound call center activities with the goal of setting appointments for free in-home consultations. This position does include substantial outbound dialing, but we will provide you with the necessary training and information to help you successfully preform your job functions.

Skills Needed

• Positive attitude and eagerness to help our customers
• Ability to multi-task, listen, take notes and relay information as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with interpersonal skills
• Microsoft office, computer, typing and internet skills.
• Technically savvy enough to set up home computer, call center applications and troubleshoot own computer.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years in a call center environment (in office or via work at home)
• 2 years customer service (preferred)
• Own laptop with Microsoft office (Chromebook or Mac are suitable)
• Have a home-office set-up (private working space with minimal interruptions, laptop, monitors, cell phone, home internet, etc.)
• Internet minimum speeds of 20 Mbps up and 30 Mbps down
• Must be able to commute to Indianapolis location two to four times per month at prearranged times.
• Applicant must reside in Indianapolis or surrounding suburbs.
• Must be flexible with shift availability, including some evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full or Part Time

Pay: $16 per hour with bonus potential ranging from $100 – $500 per month (average annual salary will be $33,000 – $37,000)

This is a work at home position, with monthly in person meetings where we practice social distancing.

This is a position servicing Indianapolis  and the surrounding areas.  We are looking for someone with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service, that can excel in face to face customer interactions.  This position will require you to service in home installation appointments, and it is important that you are both handy and able to problem solve any issues that may come up during installation. We will provide full training to ensure you have all of the tools and knowledge necessary to perform your job functions.

• Can follow step by step directions
• Can work proficiently with basic tools – tape measure, screwdriver, saw, drill, etc.
