All shades, blinds and shutters come with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer against defective parts or materials. The product life of products does vary. Manufacturers will repair any defective blinds under warranty at no cost, however, the customer will be responsible for any shipping and re-installation charges beginning one year after initial installation. Zinga’s normally charges $125 for a trip charge to remove the blinds and an additional $40-$100 to wrap, pack, insure and ship blinds. This will vary on the size and quantity of the blinds. Ask us more about pricing when we are working out the kinks for your appointment. 

Zinga’s is backed by a “No Questions Asked Warranty”. Our “No Questions Asked Warranty” will cover your products, for one instance, per home, of any unintentional damage (Finish is covered for the life of the product but colorfastness is only covered for three years). After the two repairs have been performed, don’t worry, your products are still covered under our transferable Lifetime Warranty. Our Lifetime Warranty covers your products against original defects in materials or workmanship. The “No Questions Asked Warranty” and Lifetime Warranty are both activated upon the products being properly installed and accepted by the consumer. Repair and replacement will be at the sole discretion of Zinga’s. Your window coverings carry a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. In the event you sell your home you can transfer the warranty to the new homeowners and the lifetime warranty continues to be upheld. The new homeowners will contact Zinga’s directly in the event of a warranty issue.

Repair or remake of defective products is the sole remedy under this warranty. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. This warranty does not include shipping charges or labor. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, as well as details regarding the nature of the problem, location of the product, etc.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. All other warranties, both expressed and implied, are explicitly disclaimed. In no event shall Zinga’s be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Products are not covered on damage that occurs during instances of Natural Disasters or “Acts of God”. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to your state.
