I first heard about Zinga’s through our builder of our home. The card that was on the pamphlet (Kathy) I gave a call to learn high level about what they have to offer. She was very informative and helpful. When it was closer to deciding to hear more about the products, I called to schedule a consultation. Adrian was our sales person and he was very communicative about him arriving early. When we were chatting with him and learning more about the products, he was very informative about each products and help make decisions for our home. He was so great; we decided to purchase shades and blinds. Around the install, they made us aware of delays(due to hurricane).Once piece of feedback, the initial install message states it will reach out weekly (that was not case) Once we finally had a date scheduled, Ricky was our installer, all great things. Very communicative, professional, and great to work with. Overall great experience working with everyone at Zinga’s. Highly recommended!

My sale consultant was awesome, Adrian definitely has an eye for detail and i love his professionalism. I would also highly recommend Phil and Todd for installation as well. They were amazing and well organize. They did an excellent job and i would highly recommend this company because of the outstanding service from Adrian, Phil and Todd.

Zinga has been great! Very smooth process, fair pricing, and quick turnaround. My installer Mark was really wonderful. We have a new construction house so we have plenty of vendors in and out and Mark was stand out! He walked me through how to use the product, made sure I didn’t have any questions, And after installation, it was like he was never there. Everything was really clean and great.

My entire Zinga’s experience was outstanding! From our salesperson, Morgan, to the account manager, Elizabeth, to the installation team of Gary and Terry, they were all professional, responsive, and very friendly. We are truly enjoying our motorized screens on our back porch and the quality and aesthetics of the product are great! If you’re interested in a system like this, I highly recommend Zinga’s. While many homes in our community are fully enclosing their back porches, we still wanted to have the option of that true indoor/outdoor feel. This was the perfect choice for us. We waited for 3 months for the shades to arrive. The quality of the screens is good. We finally have our much awaited privacy for the outdoor patio. Allen and Philip did a great job at installing the outdoor shades.
