I first heard about Zinga’s through our builder of our home. The card that was on the pamphlet (Kathy) I gave a call to learn high level about what they have to offer. She was very informative and helpful. When it was closer to deciding to hear more about the products, I called to schedule a consultation. Adrian was our sales person and he was very communicative about him arriving early. When we were chatting with him and learning more about the products, he was very informative about each products and help make decisions for our home. He was so great; we decided to purchase shades and blinds. Around the install, they made us aware of delays(due to hurricane).Once piece of feedback, the initial install message states it will reach out weekly (that was not case) Once we finally had a date scheduled, Ricky was our installer, all great things. Very communicative, professional, and great to work with. Overall great experience working with everyone at Zinga’s. Highly recommended!

Zinga has been great! Very smooth process, fair pricing, and quick turnaround. My installer Mark was really wonderful. We have a new construction house so we have plenty of vendors in and out and Mark was stand out! He walked me through how to use the product, made sure I didn’t have any questions, And after installation, it was like he was never there. Everything was really clean and great.

FAQ's on Motorized Screens

Price depends on opening size, fabric openness, motor type, and power (battery vs wired). Most openings are around $5000 - $6,000 per shade installed, with large openings and premium fabrics costing more. We will provide you a no pressure quote when visiting your home.

When using a 3% screen you will have the most privacy. Typically you may see shadows depending on how bright the lights are in your enclosed space but our customers love that they create a mostly private atmosphere

Yes, we have multiple hub options that integrate with Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Homekit

Most modern motors are quiet, and you’ll hear a low hum while moving. Noise level depends on shade size, motor type, and mounting. Bigger shades usually need stronger motors, which can be slightly louder.

Most companies offer a 3-5 year warranty OR a lifetime warranty on the screen but NOT the motor. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on the entire product. A motor itself can cost $1500, so you will want a warranty that covers the most expensive part of the product

Our standard Z-Motion screen withstands 30-40 mph winds. This is typically a great application for most climates. If you need a higher wind rating our Titan screen is built for hurricane strength winds.
