It was very easy to work with Zingas because of my point of contact. Victoria was on top of EVERYTHING like white on rice. She was helpful, friendly and knowledgable.... always giving me updates, always setting things up at my convience, answered all my texts promptly, trouble shooted any issues with speed and accuracy. A company is often only as good as their point of contact. A company can quickly become a nightmare to deal with and cause great frustration trying to reach the correct person for each of the different issues, questions or concerns. With Zinga's I just talked to Victoria, and like magic everything was always handled on her end and I got all the updates. EVERY company should have a Victoria working for them on the front line because all "like" companies basically have the same product offering but whats sets them apart and gets them the word of mouth out ...good or bad, is how the people they hire to represent them treat the customer, and their reachability. If I were the CEO of Zinga's I would make sure that Victoria is shown appreciation for not just doing a job well done but for making Zingas look so good.

I worked with Zingas for our new build. They measured the blinds before the house was finished We knew we’d be in the house a few weeks before our order came in so they installed temporary blinds in the meantime! We had a sunroom that needed insulation from too much heat or cold and a master that needed room darkening. Their suggestions were perfect and I appreciated their advice. Tracy was my contact.

He was great to work with and not high pressure at all. He offered and later came back out and put in temporary blinds once we had moved in! Fred did the installation once our shades were ready. Wonderful experience with Zinga! From the initial estimate to the installation it was seamless. Once the fabrication began they sent texts to update you regarding the installation. We absolutely love the finished product.

Danny from Zinga’s did an excellent job with our plantation shutters. He not only installed but fixed our front door shutter. He also checked all our shutters which had been installed before to make sure they worked correctly. He showed us how they should be opened and closed which we had not be told. He was patient and answered all our questions. Way to go Zinga’s for having such a great person on your team.

We love our newly installed shutters! Jeremy and his assistant arrived exactly on time. They were organized and worked efficiently and completed the installation without any issues. Traci followed up the following day to be sure we were happy with our purchase. This is the third time I have purchased window covering from Zinga and they always met or exceed expectations!

Great product and team. We had 4 companies come out or we went to their location to try to find shades to fit our 16’Lx10’H doors. Most of the companies were okay however their reps really did not know their own product. We had never looked at electric blinds this expensive before so we were clueless and wanted to make the right decision. After interviewing all companies the Steven Hill from Zinga’s came to our home and educated us and their product and warranty; which was far better than all the other 3 companies. So we went with Zinga’s. Now that we received our electric blinds/shades they are awesome and work perfectly. We have no regrets and love these shades l. We have also ordered their electric screens and now excited to receive those. This product is so nice and a quality product. From their sales process to their installation team all are great. I highly recommend seeing their product and purchasing well worth the money.
