We ordered four motorized shades for our sliding glass doors. It is great having them open and close on schedule via the app. Zingas had to come out a second time to make adjustments. The home office worked with me and the field crew (Todd, Rob) to ensure my concerns were met. Todd and Rob were both courteous and professional during the installation and adjustments.

I will come back and update post issue resolution. Overall I would tell you to look elsewhere for your blinds. It has been a frustrating experience. The sales person was completely unrealistic with timeframe to get installed and the worst part was he sold me an automation solution that is not technically possible with product installed. I was very clear about what I wanted and now have blinds that cannot be automated. Two blinds arrived in wrong configuration and one was broken from factory. The partner they use to build blinds clearly had QC issues. Time will tell how they hold up. To be fair the installation team was great. I’d give them a 5 star as they were efficient, courteous and clean up as they went. Post sale service has also been responsive thus far to resolve product issues. This is third new build since 2020 I have installed new blinds in and sadly easily worst experience of them. As promised I want to be fair and update my review. The install and post sale resolution team have been very good. Install was done well and post sale follow up on issues has been very good. I’d give them both 5 stars separately. I do think front end sales still needs work to support the rest of team to manage expectations correctly. I will post final update once final resolution has been completed.

Phil and Todd did an excellent job with my shade installation. They arrived on time, were professional throughout the entire visit, and treated my home with care and respect. I worked with Zingas for our new build. They measured the blinds before the house was finished We knew we’d be in the house a few weeks before our order came in so they installed temporary blinds in the meantime! We had a sunroom that needed insulation from too much heat or cold and a master that needed room darkening. Their suggestions were perfect and I appreciated their advice. Tracy was my contact.

I have a small patio that faces east and gets full sun from sunrise to about 1:00 pm. It made it hard to enjoy my morning coffee and inspirational reading on the patio. The retractable screen has been a God send. It looks good and works as intended. It’s given me my patio back. Allen went way beyond today. He figured out a way to customize my valances because it wasn't working the ordinary way. Zingas has been an amazing company to work with and everyone of their employees have gone over the top to make sure I was completely satisfied. Zinga’s installation team of Gary and Terry installed my new retractable awning today, despite 4” inches of snow on my patio. The install went smoothly and their training was obvious. Communication went great and the training on the controller and iPhone app was effective. Great job by Gary and Terry! I had a sales person, Cristian (from Sarasota office) come into my house to help me design the custom plantation shutters and motorized shade for my windows. He brought samples and answered all my questions. Very low pressue and super easy. Products took about 12 weeks to be made and installed. The install process was also easy, Phil and Todd were friendly and professional. The new shutters/shades make the house look complete. Would use Zinga's again in the future

Danny from Zinga’s did an excellent job with our plantation shutters. He not only installed but fixed our front door shutter. He also checked all our shutters which had been installed before to make sure they worked correctly. He showed us how they should be opened and closed which we had not be told. Seamless transaction from the point of the sales person coming to my house to the installation. Alyssa came to my home with all the samples and explained the total process. She was knowledgeable about the product but not pushy to try to oversell me. Once my order was placed, there was an adequate amount of contact about the approximate time my blinds would be completed and ready to be installed. When installation day came they were spot on with the time it would take to install. My installer Chris H. was amazing! He was so pleasant, kind and knowledgeable about the product and he educated me about the different types of blinds I had installed. Like how and what to use to clean them, how to work the top down/bottom up features. Chris H. took great care with the installation and was very respectful of my property. He made sure everything was perfect before he left and if it wasn’t perfect he gave me the company’s contact information if I needed to contact them in the future. Alyssa did a wonderful job of helping us pick out custom blinds for our new house. She brought lots of samples for me to look at and had lots of helpful input. She also was very easy to communicate with and followed up on any questions I had. The company provided temporary blinds for us to use that were very easy to put up until our custom blinds were made. Will was the installer for our blinds and did a great job of installing the blinds. He was very efficient and clean. One blind had a string that needed fixed and he came back and fixed it quickly the next day. I couldn’t say enough about the customer service of this company!

Justin & Peyton were very reliable in fact they arrived earlier than expected. There was a slight issue with one of the blinds and he is coming back to fix it. They were very fast with the installation. Window treatments were very nice quality. I would reccomend Zingas if you are looking for window treatments for your home.
