Z-Motion Motorized Screens in Dallas

I arranged to have a salesperson from Zinga come to my house to discuss motorized shades for my patio. They set up a time and confirmed, and Casey from their company came to my home and went over all of the options. He shared the difference between cable and track shades. He did not try to upsell me to something that was more expensive and that was not needed for my project, like other companies that came out had. It was because of his honesty and willingness to earn my business that I elected to use them for my project. Now this review is on Casey only, as I have not had the shades installed. I will share more once the shades have been installed.

We had a fantastic experience with Zingas for our blinds installation. Steven Hill, our design consultant, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive, he made the selection process easy and enjoyable. The installation team was professional, punctual, and did an excellent job. Everything looks beautiful and works perfectly. From consultation to installation, the process was seamless. We had an overall great experience with Zinga for the purchase of wood plantation shutters and fabric roller shades. Initially, Johnathan, Sales Manager, came out and spent a lot of time with us showing the differences in the products and types of materials. We chose Zinga over some other company's products because they have a lifetime warranty, excellent quality and selection, and the tilt bar that moves the louvers open and closed is located to the sides so it isn't visible from the street. We also liked the fact that the rollers were hidden behind a built-in valance (unlike our previous roller shades that required purchasing a separate valance and you could still see some of the shades when they were pulled up). After we placed the order, communication with Jenny (inside Sales Manager) was prompt and informative from the beginning to the end of the project. Alex, who is also with Zinga (so no "outside" hired workers) was exceptional in the installation of the products. No damaged shutters or shades (everything was wrapped up very well), and just a super experience for us. Would not hesitate to recommend them for your window needs.

We love our new shades! Absolutely beautiful, and the black out shades really are black out. Casey and Jessica were great to work with, very communicative. And the shades were ready before originally estimated! Dylan and Jonathan did a fantastic job on the install. Very efficient and tidy, they got those shades up so fast. Highly recommend Zinga’s.

I have a small patio that faces east and gets full sun from sunrise to about 1:00 pm. It made it hard to enjoy my morning coffee and inspirational reading on the patio. The retractable screen has been a God send. It looks good and works as intended. It’s given me my patio back. The sales team, Casey and Jessica, were professional and kept me informed on the progress of my order. It was reassuring working with them.

Allen went way beyond today. He figured out a way to customize my valances because it wasn't working the ordinary way. Zingas has been an amazing company to work with and everyone of their employees have gone over the top to make sure I was completely satisfied. I can not say enough good things about them and without a doubt would highly recommend them!

Zinga’s installation team of Gary and Terry installed my new retractable awning today, despite 4” inches of snow on my patio. The install went smoothly and their training was obvious. Communication went great and the training on the controller and iPhone app was effective. Great job by Gary and Terry! Also would add, Zinga’s scheduling team was very helpful in working around a couple of vacation and holiday scheduling conflicts.

I am a researcher and met with multiple companies before selecting Zinga. By far, they have the best warranty on screens and motors. Their teams from with Casey Sutton sales, assessment to installation were top-notch. These guys install screens every day they know exactly what they’re doing so professional. Once the installation is done they’re still working. Jessica, my customer service rep reached out multiple times to make sure everything was working properly, and I was completely satisfied. I’m telling all my neighbors about them.

I received regular updates on when my screen would be ready and confirming installation date. My sales person Casey was very informative and personable and I enjoyed talking to him. Now that it’s installed it is exactly what I envisioned. The installation crew were polite and did a beautiful job of installing and cleaning up. Very happy with the screen.
